was born on January 4, 1979, in New York City, U.S.A. as Jose A. Feliz.
He is of Dominican descent and he is the oldest of three
brothers.
His parents came to the United States of America in the mid-70s. They got
married in 1977 and in 1979, they had their first son, Jose.
Jose heard Michael Jackson sing for the first time when he was five years old
and got hooked on his music. Hence, he realized his love for music and
looked forward to creating great music.
In 1993, Lyrics entered for a singing contest and he sang one of Michael
Jackson's songs called Give in To Me.
In 1994, Lyrics started writing songs. In 2001 Lyrics wrote a song
called Care for You.
In 2008, he wrote Bedtime Story (Won't Last Tonight). It
was created in Bridgeport CT.
In 2010, he wrote, Let Me Hold You.
Lyrics wants a holistic team that shares his visions and he hopes to create more
