IRAWO DRUMLINE: TEACHING CHILDREN THE ART OF THE TALKING DRUMS

The Lagos Book and Art Festival comes up every year at the Freedom Park, Lagos, Nigeria and this year's edition is the 16th. LABAF is organised by CORA (Committee for Relevant Art).

IRAWO Drumline will teach the children talking drums, folktales and folk-songs under CATE (Children and the environment), an advocacy NGO owned by aunty Adesola Arit Alamutu (Madam Green).

Aside from these, there will also be poetry,dance, fine art and creative writing workshops for the children.

Bring your children to Freedom Park from 14th to the 16th of November, 2014 and let them share in the fun.
